***TERMS & CONDITIONS OF TICKET PURCHASE***

By purchasing a ticket to any of the “Summer of Chaos Tour 2025” performances, you (“Ticket Holder”) agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Assumption of Risk & Waiver of Liability

1.1 Attendance at this event is at your own risk. IRL ANGEL CORP, the event promoters, the venue, their affiliates, employees, contractors, and representatives shall not be liable for any personal injury, illness, property damage, loss, or death arising from or in connection with your attendance.

1.2 By purchasing this ticket, you expressly waive and release any and all claims, now known or hereafter known, against the above parties for liability, damages, or losses incurred at the event, except where such waiver is prohibited by applicable law.

2. No Refunds

2.1 All ticket sales are final. No refunds will be provided unless the event is officially cancelled and not rescheduled.

2.2 In the event of cancellation, refund procedures will be announced via the official website or contact email. Service fees and transaction fees are non-refundable.

3. Event Changes

3.1 IRL ANGEL CORP reserves the right to change the event’s time, location, supporting acts, or lineup due to unforeseen circumstances without liability for compensation.

4. Entry Conditions

4.1 Entry may require a valid government-issued photo ID.

4.2 Venue management and event staff reserve the right to refuse admission or remove any individual engaging in disorderly, unsafe, or disruptive behaviour, without refund.

5. Media Release

5.1 Ticket Holders consent to being filmed, photographed, or recorded during the event and grant IRL ANGEL CORP and affiliated partners the right to use such media for promotional and commercial purposes without compensation.

6. Prohibited Items & Conduct

6.1 Illegal substances, weapons, and outside alcohol are prohibited.

6.2 Any violation may result in removal from the premises and potential legal action.

7. Compliance with Local Laws

7.1 Ticket Holders agree to comply with all applicable local laws, venue policies, and health & safety regulations in effect at the time of the event.

8. Agreement to Terms

8.1 By purchasing a ticket and attending the event, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not purchase a ticket.
